A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Ministry of Public Administration (MoPA) and Bangladesh Institute of Governance and Management (BIGM). Mr. K. M. Ali Azam, Senior Secretary, MoPA and Dr. Mohammad Tareque, Director, BIGM signed the MoU on behalf of their respective sides. Mr. Farhad Hossain, MP, honorable Minister of State, Ministry of Public Administration was Chief Guest in this ceremony.
