Advanced Project Management


Learning Objective:
To provide an in-depth understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of developing and managing projects in Bangladesh context following the moderately similar course line of PMP course.


Target Audience:
Future leaders of financial sector who directly or indirectly involve in the project management field.


The participants will learn about
i. The fundamentals of the project and project management
ii. Pre-project activities like conducting feasibility study and developing business case
iii. Setting up the PMO
iv. Starting the project by developing project charter and identifying stakeholders
v. And other related financial and miscellaneous issues.


Course Duration: 40 Hours (06 days) (To be started in Saturday and to be end in Thursday)
Time: 9:00AM-5:00PM (Generally, but subject to change as per actual necessity)
Amenities: Standard lecture facilities, Lunch, Refreshment, High tea, coffee and other hospitality.
No of participants: 30 (Thirty) participants in each batch.
Delivery Method: Predominantly Class room lecture, Participatory, Group work, Case study analysis with standard formats and templates If class room sessions are not become possible to conduct due to any sort of regulatory requirement, then online session will be conducted.
