Tasfia Tasneem Ahmed serves Bangladesh Institute of Governance and Management as an Assistant Professor. She is an accomplished Finance and Management professional with an MSc from Cranfield School of Management and extensive experience in research, communication and policy analysis. She also holds a four-year integrated Bachelor degree from the Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. Tasfia is proficient in leading comprehensive research projects on development and utilizing advanced statistical and design tools (Stata, R, Python, Canva) to drive policy decisions and deliver social impact. She has demonstrated expertise in managing projects, fostering stakeholder relationships, and conducting impactful economic research with a focus on sustainability and emerging markets. She was the Co-Principal Investigator for a primary study titled "The Influence of Entrepreneurial Qualities and Business Attitudes on Microfinance's Sustainable Business Growth". Besides her academic interests, she is trained in Indian classical music, speaks Spanish and loves to travel and paint.
